You will be taken through the full registration process by your own tailored specialist consultant, who will gain full understanding of you and what you require from your next career move or job requirements.

We will assist you with all of the compliance regulations and ensure the whole process is as smooth and seamless as possible. 

Your specialist consultant will design and draft your personal CV, ensuring you are happy with the final result before any of your details are sent to our clients. We will tailor your CV for the specific sector and role or career progression you desire.

Our tailored approach means we want to understand you, not just so we can find you the right role for right now, but so we can help with your career progression. We therefore will understand what motivates and drives you, learn where you see yourself in the future and we will provide as much help and insight as possible to get you there.

We provide ongoing training in line with government legislation for areas such as Mandatory Training and The Care Certificate, however we can also source and provide additional training through the use of our training funds, to help you develop your career goals.

Prior to each interview your personal consultant will guide you through the full job description and person specification, assist you with answers for the interview and help prepare you mentally. They will also provide full background research on the company you are interviewing with and give you as much support and information as you require. We want you to succeed and are with you every step of the way.

Even once you have secured that perfect role, we will still support you, ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding, we will remain in contact for up to 12 weeks following you securing a permanent role, this is to make sure you are happy and comfortable in your new position, if you have any issues within that time, we can assist in finding a resolution. If however you choose to stay with us as a temporary agency worker, you will gain full weekly support with booking shifts/assignments, timesheets, payroll and any general enquiries you may have
