We will personally undertake CV selection based on your requirements, selecting the best possible candidates at all times, We will conduct initial telephone interviews and further face to face interviews/assessments to ensure the candidates are a correct fit for your organisation

We will complete full background checks to your specific requirements, as standard these include Identity, entitlement to work, health checks, references, professional registrations, qualifications and DBS checks (where required) 

We can source and provide additional training courses, both online or at our inhouse training facility 

We will take full responsibility for the onboarding, induction and ongoing support for each of our candidates. Ensuring they fully understand the role they are starting, expectations and feel fully supported throughout the whole process
